Credit rating agency Moody’s gives tech investor Prosus, listed in Amsterdam, Baa3. The outlook is stable, according to Moody’s.
The agency points out, among other things, the great value of the listed assets of Prosus, the leading position as a global consumer internet company and the track record in operating in emerging markets. However, there are risks associated with, among other things, high development costs and integration of acquisitions, with a substantial concentration of assets due to the great importance that Prosus holds in the Chinese Tencent, Moody’s says.
