Eurozone stores sell more


Retail sales in the euro zone increased in February compared to a month earlier. The European statistical office Eurostat reports this.

Retailers in the eurozone increased their sales by 0.4 percent, adjusted for seasonal influences. In January, retail sales increased by a revised 0.9 percent. Retail sales across the European Union also increased by 0.4 percent in February.
