Accell has announced the conversion ratio of the stock dividend for 2018. The number of dividend rights giving entitlement to a new Accell ordinary share or 0.01 euro nominal value has been set at 48.5

The exchange ratio is based on the average Accell share price between April 30 and May 14 this year. The value of the dividend in shares represents a capital gain of 3 percent compared to the cash dividend of 0.50 euros per share.

Accell recently offered shareholders the choice between cash or stock dividend. In the end, shareholders representing 36 percent of the total outstanding share capital opted for stock dividend. Based on the exchange ratio, the total number of outstanding ordinary shares will increase by 196.661 to 26,800,117.
