AkzoNobel wishes to grow faster than average in next three years

A

AkzoNobel paint manufacturer intends to grow faster than the market every year between 2021 and 2023. The company announced this during an investor day. According to the plans, growth is at least equal to the market average.

The return on sales must increase by 0.5 percent annually in the same period. CEO Thierry Vanlancker expects to achieve a return of between 14.5 and 15.5 percent for this year. Vanlancker indicates that AkzoNobel must do this entirely on its own and will not receive any gifts from competitors.

Ultimately, it is our goal to take our rightful place among the top paint and coating companies.
