KPN employees may expect an average wage increase of 4.5 percent. The telecom company has agreed that salary increase with negotiators of the trade unions FNV, CNV, De Unie and VHP2. Members of those unions still have to agree to the new collective agreement.
Employees of KPN will receive a performance-related salary increase with retroactive effect, which on average will amount to around 1.5 percent. In June, all staff will receive an additional 3 percent more salary.
The unions and KPN have also concluded a so-called generation pact. Older employees can work less without compromising their pension accrual.
