NSI sells shopping centers

Real estate investor NSI sells Vasco da Gama district shopping center in Utrecht, Hof ter Hage shopping complex in The Hague and Sterpassage, part of the In de Bogaard shopping center in Rijswijk. The various transactions have a total value of 29.3 million euros.
 
According to the company, the selling price is in line with the book value of the locations at the end of last year. It was not disclosed who NSI did business with. The transfer of the papers in Utrecht was done at the end of the first half year, the completion of the deals in The Hague and Rijswijk is foreseen for the second half of the year.

The sale is in line with NSI’s strategy to fully focus on the office market. In that sector, five offices were disposed of in the second quarter, for a total of 19.9 million euros.

The NSI share registered 0.1 percent in the plus at 37.30 euros on Monday morning around 9.40 am.
