The National bank has given Kenes Rakishev a permit to acquire the branch of Amanat insurance company. It will be incorporated into businessman’s own Fincraft Investment House. Amanat reported in the last days of December that the deal is on the way without disclosing further details.
“As soon as will come to solution we will tell it. I can say for sure: participation of a new shareholder will be beneficial for Amanat’s market positions. Company will retain its development vector and will progress in the chosen field” – Ergali Begimbetov, CEO of the “Amanat Insurance Company”, told the press.
KASE, the Kazakhstan business disclosure information depository, reported on likely sell of the 25 or more stake of Amanat Insurance. According to KASE, until now 100 percent of share was owned by Dinmuhammet Idrisov.
The final beneficiary of “Fincraft Investment House” is Kenes Rakishev. National bank has permitted Mukash Iskandirov to acquire a stake in the Fincraft in November 2019.
