Sales of existing homes in the United States fell by 1.7 percent in June compared to the previous month. The American branch association of brokers has announced this.
The sale amounted to 5.27 million homes on an annual basis, compared to a revised 5.36 million a month earlier. Economists generally predicted a fall of 0.4 percent to 5.32 million homes. In May there was a sales increase with an adjusted 2.9 percent.
